What sports can be found on your website?
Primarily, all types of racket sports, but other sports may also be featured. We tailor our platform to accommodate facilities so they can showcase their full range of sports. You can filter the results according to the specific sport you are interested in. If a new racket sport emerges, CourtBrain will certainly be there.

Is it possible to book courts directly through the website?
No, CourtBrain is not a booking system. Some facilities may offer direct booking through their booking platform, others through their website. We present the booking options available on the facility's page here on CourtBrain.

Where can I use CourtBrain?
We are expanding continuously and aim to launch in new countries every month. Right now, CourtBrain is fully functional in: Sweden and the UK. CourtBrain works in other countries too, but availability may be limited.

How do I use the search function to find a racket sports facility?
To search for a facility, use the search bar and filter the results by sport, location, or other relevant criteria.

Can I see reviews from other users about the facilities?
Yes. We collect ratings and reviews from other platforms, such as Google. You can also see reviews and ratings left directly on CourtBrain. By creating a profile on CourtBrain, you can leave your own reviews and ratings for clubs.

How is the information about the clubs on the website updated?
We strive to keep the information as current as possible. Club administrators can update their listings, and we regularly monitor and verify the information.

Is it possible to add a new racket sports facility to the website?
You can suggest a new facility by contacting us at hello@courtbrain.com.

How can I contact a racket sports facility to ask questions or make a booking?
Contact information, including phone number and email address, is available on each facility's page.

I run a racket sports club. Does it cost anything to be listed on CourtBrain?
Having your club listed on CourtBrain is completely free. However, we will soon introduce premium services that clubs can choose to pay for. This is entirely optional – if you only want the free service, that works perfectly.

Is it possible to receive notifications about special offers or events at racket sports facilities?
Yes, if you subscribe to our newsletter, you can receive information about special offers and events from facilities.

Is there a mobile app to use the service?
Yes. We have an app for both iOS and Android. Some content, however, is only available on the web.

I want to make a very specific search. How detailed can I be?
Our powerful search engine offers many filters to help you find exactly the facility and time that suits your favorite sport.

I found an available time, but when I clicked through it was no longer there. Why?
We have different types of integrations with booking systems. In some cases, we do not update the data as frequently in order not to overload the booking system’s servers. This means the slot may already be booked by the time you click through. Depending on the market, popular times can be taken very quickly.
