Canal de Isabel II is a public Spanish company responsible for managing the comprehensive water cycle in the Madrid region, overseeing all processes related to water resource utilization. Among its services, the company promotes leisure and sports activities through recreational areas located at the El Atazar and Riosequillo reservoirs, as well as the Leisure and Sports Center situated in Madrid's Chamberí district. This center offers a blend of recreational spaces and sports facilities including football, athletics, and padel. Established in 1930 by the Canal Sports Group on Madrid's first water reservoir, the facility originally featured a swimming pool and football field. Over time, it has expanded to include a variety of sports amenities. Padel enthusiasts can enjoy five modern wall padel courts available for reservation. The complex also includes a football field, futsal court, outdoor swimming pool, fronton court, clay and artificial grass tennis courts, a sports pavilion, basketball court, gym with weight training room, and changing rooms. The padel courts are located at Avenida de Filipinas 54 in the Vallehermoso neighborhood of Chamberí, Madrid. Visitors can book courts online and benefit from a well-equipped venue that supports both casual play and organized sports activities. The facility maintains rules to ensure fair use, including restrictions on external instructors and equipment on the courts.
