This sports facility offers tennis and pickleball courts for residents of the Avery Ranch community. Tennis courts can be reserved up to two weeks in advance, with a limit of one booking per day and a maximum playing time of two hours. Reservations require membership in the Avery Ranch Owners Association and completion of a liability waiver and indemnity agreement. Detailed usage rules are available on-site and through the resident portal, and entry to the courts implies acceptance of these regulations. Pickleball courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis, supported by a paddle stacking system and posted guidelines to manage court availability. Players are encouraged to adhere to all posted rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
