Padel Kooike features three well-maintained padel courts set in a lush, green environment near the anti-tank canal. The location offers a peaceful natural setting ideal for enjoying the sport. Visitors benefit from a spacious free parking area located at the nearby sports hall, with easy access to the courts via a short walk past Bar Castel and the tennis courts. After playing, guests can relax on the terrace of Bar Castel, which overlooks the padel courts, tennis courts, and a large playground. Families will appreciate the extensive, recently renovated playground close to the courts, providing a safe and fun space for children. Older visitors can also enjoy a mountain bike track and a soccer field nearby. The surrounding wooded area invites players and visitors to explore scenic walking routes around Fort Ertbrand and Mastenbos, both within a couple of kilometers. Beginners are encouraged to try padel, a sport known for its accessibility and quick learning curve. Rackets are available to rent, and balls can be purchased at Bar Castel during its opening hours. Membership at Padel Kooike offers additional benefits including priority court reservations, discounts, sports accident insurance, and access to tournaments and club events.
