This padel facility is accessible through the adjacent beer garden, providing a convenient entry point for players. Bicycle parking is not allowed within the beer garden or near the courts; however, secure bike racks are available in the nearby courtyard at Schleusenufer 4 and in front of the beer garden at Schleusenufer 3. Players are advised to consider weather conditions before booking, as the courts may be closed during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or if puddles are present, with refunds offered in such cases. On-site, visitors can rent padel rackets and purchase balls, though ball rentals are not available. While the venue does not offer changing rooms or showers, toilet facilities including accessible restrooms are provided. The operator does not assume liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred on the premises.
