CourtBrain is now available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, giving players faster access to court search, favourite clubs, availability, ratings and reviews, alongside the existing web platform.
CourtBrain launches mobile app for iOS and Android
CourtBrain has launched its mobile app for iOS and Android, marking the next step in the company’s mission to make racket-sport discovery simpler, faster and more connected.
The launch comes roughly six months after CourtBrain first went live on the web. Since then, the platform has focused on helping players search for available courts across clubs and booking systems, while giving clubs a clearer way to be discovered by players.
With the new mobile app, CourtBrain is bringing that same core experience into a more personal and convenient format.
Players can use the app to search for available courts, explore clubs, save favourite clubs for quicker access, check availability at the places they play most often and rate or review clubs. The goal is to make it easier for players to move from intent to action, whether they are looking for a court nearby, checking availability at a preferred club or discovering somewhere new to play.
Built for how players already behave
Racket sports are increasingly mobile-first in many markets. Players organise matches in messaging apps, check availability on the go and expect fast access to the services they use most often.
For CourtBrain, launching a native mobile app is therefore a natural next step.
The app is designed to make the player experience more personal over time. Favourite clubs give players faster access to the venues they care about most. Ratings and reviews help make the discovery layer more useful for the wider community. Search remains at the centre of the experience, but the app makes it easier to return, repeat and build habits around regular play.
At the same time, CourtBrain will continue to support both app and web usage. In some markets, mobile apps dominate the user journey. In others, mobile web remains highly important. CourtBrain’s ambition is to be available in the format that best fits each use case.
Web and app working together
The mobile app does not replace the CourtBrain web platform. Instead, the two channels serve different parts of the ecosystem.
For players, the app creates a more convenient way to search, save, rate and return. For clubs and business users, the web platform remains important, especially for dashboard access, club management and other B2B workflows.
This split reflects how CourtBrain sees the racket-sport market developing. Players need a fast and personal interface. Clubs need visibility, control and tools that fit their operational needs. Both sides are part of the same ecosystem, but they do not always need the same interface.
A step towards a more connected racket-sport ecosystem
CourtBrain’s long-term vision is to make racket sports easier to access, regardless of club, location or booking system.
The launch of the mobile app supports that vision by making the platform more present in the daily behaviour of players. Discovery does not only happen when someone sits down at a computer. It happens between meetings, after practice, in group chats and in the moments when players decide where and when to play next.
By combining web and mobile access, CourtBrain can serve both sides of the market more effectively: players who want a simple way to find and choose where to play, and clubs that want to become more visible to the right audience.
The app launch is an important milestone in CourtBrain’s development, but it is also part of a broader direction. The company will continue to build tools that connect players, clubs and booking systems through a neutral discovery layer for racket sports.
CourtBrain is available on the web and now as a mobile app for iOS and Android.
